Princess Tower

Princess Tower remains a Dubai Marina icon at 414 metres, housing 763 apartments with panoramic sea views from its upper floors. Although it held the world’s tallest residential title for years, it now stands 11 metres shorter than #3 Marina 101 and 251 metres beneath the Ciel Tower’s residential record. Its 107 floors still make it one of the tallest all‑residential buildings ever constructed, with average unit sizes around 90 square metres.
