Pepsi Prebiotic Cola
The best straight cola here, and the thinnest spec sheet. PepsiCo announced it in July 2025, two months after closing its $1.95 billion Poppi acquisition, ran a sold-out limited drop on Black Friday, then took it nationwide on February 17, 2026 — billing it as the first legacy cola to add prebiotic fiber. Each can has 3 grams of that fiber, 5 grams of cane sugar and 30 calories, sweetened with stevia extract and no high-fructose corn syrup, against roughly 41 grams of sugar and 150 calories in a standard Pepsi. The Daily Meal ranked it #4 and was blunt about what it achieves: of every cola tested, “these Pepsi sodas were the closest to the real thing.” It lands this low on range rather than quality — 3 grams is the least fiber on this list, and there are only two flavors, Original Cola and Cherry Vanilla. Start here if you are switching off regular cola.
