Preservation Hall delivers the most authentic traditional jazz experience in the U.S., with nightly standing-room-only performances that transport audiences to pre-WWII New Orleans. Founded in 1961, it operates without amplification or air conditioning, preserving raw acoustics that are 100% unplugged. Its 90-year-old practitioners perform 45-minute sets in a 75-person capacity room, creating an immersive encounter that averages a $20 admission cost.
