Niagara Falls has three sections: the American Falls (21–30 m high, 320 m wide), Bridal Veil Falls, and the Canadian Horseshoe Falls (57 m high, 790 m wide), which carries 90% of the total flow. Its average flow is 2,400 m³ per second. A 1950 treaty between the US and Canada keeps an 'unbroken curtain of water' by requiring 2,800 m³ per second over the falls in daylight during the April–October tourist season. On the Canadian side in Ontario, Queen Victoria Park has platforms with views of all three falls.
