Erwtensoep (Snert)
Erwtensoep, or snert, is a thick split-pea soup so dense your spoon stands upright in it, perfected over centuries as a winter warmer. Snert’s nutritional density makes it a superior cold-weather meal compared to Kibbeling, which is lighter and more snack-oriented.
