Morgan Neville's portrait of Fred Rogers shouldn't ruin your day — it's about the kindest man in television history. But watching someone who genuinely, radically believed in the goodness of children in a world that increasingly doesn't will hit you like a freight train. The scene where Rogers receives his Lifetime Emmy and asks the audience to think of someone who helped them become who they are — every person in that room cries. So will you.
