Cupping Therapy

Cupping Therapy uses glass or silicone suction cups to increase circulation and release muscle tension, with a 2016 study showing a 30% reduction in pain scores after three sessions. It is cheaper than the typical deep-tissue massage, costing an average of $60 per session compared to $100, and famously decorated Olympic swimmers at the 2016 Rio Games. However, its evidence base is weaker than Acupuncture for chronic conditions, and only 25% of users report sustained benefits beyond one month.
