Enpass

Enpass is built around a one-time purchase rather than a subscription, and it runs no sync server of its own: the encrypted vault sits in cloud storage you already control - Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox, WebDAV or just a local folder - so the vendor never holds it. The trade-off is that you set up and maintain that sync yourself.
