Wah Yan College, Kowloon

Wah Yan College, Kowloon traces its roots to the original Wah Yan school founded in 1919 by Peter Tsui Yan Sau, with the Kowloon branch opening in 1924 and becoming an independent grant-in-aid school in 1933. The Society of Jesus took over the school's management in 1946, and it has operated as a Jesuit institution since. This government-aided, all-boys Catholic secondary school sits at 56 Waterloo Road in Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon, and continues the Jesuit tradition of pairing character formation with academic rigor.
