Diocesan Girls' School

Diocesan Girls' School was founded in 1860 by the Anglican Church, making it one of Hong Kong's oldest girls' schools. It is located on Jordan Road in the Yau Tsim Mong district — not Kowloon Tong as often assumed — and operated as a grant-aided school until converting to the Direct Subsidy Scheme (DSS) in September 2005. The school has produced HKDSE top scorers, including students who achieved straight Level 5** results across six subjects.
