Zhuhai Grand Theater (珠海大剧院)

The Zhuhai Grand Theater (珠海大剧院) is one of China's most striking contemporary buildings: two conch-shell-shaped performing arts venues on an artificial island in the bay, designed by Canadian firm B+H Architects and completed in 2017. The "Big Shell" seats 1,550 and the "Small Shell" 550; both host international opera, ballet, and orchestra tours year-round.
