Kuromon Ichiba Market (Kitchen of Osaka)
Kuromon Ichiba Market delivers the most authentic market food experience in western Japan, an 180-year-old covered arcade where families can walk and eat fresh tuna sashimi by the slice (300-600 JPY), Dungeness crab, and wagyu beef skewers (800-1,200 JPY). Stallholders provide standing areas, allowing children to sample uni on crackers or fresh strawberries safely. Open daily 8 AM to 6 PM, most stalls close by 3 PM on Sundays.
