Sai Kung & High Island Reservoir
Sai Kung is Hong Kong's most scenic coastal town, known for its UNESCO-listed Hong Kong Geopark with dramatic hexagonal rock columns, seafood promenade, and the nearby High Island Reservoir with its dramatic dam road. Families can take kaido boats to secluded beaches (from HKD 40/person) or join a junk charter. Take the MTR to Hang Hau then Bus 92 to Sai Kung town. With over 200 hexagonal columns, this site is 50% larger than similar formations at the Geopark's other sites.
