Sunscreen Is "Toxic" and Blocks Vitamin D
Sunscreen avoidance has fueled a 25% rise in melanoma among adults under 40 since 2015, yet SPF 30 blocks 97% of UVB rays while still permitting adequate vitamin D. This advice outperforms #3 (turpentine cleansing) in safety by orders of magnitude, as 90% of skin cancers are UV-related. The data on its harm is clear: it is categorically less dangerous than turpentine ingestion, but still reckless.
