Activision Blizzard
Activision Blizzard is now a Microsoft subsidiary, acquired in October 2023 for $68.7 billion after a twenty-month fight with regulators in the US, UK and EU. It brought three distinct businesses under one roof: Call of Duty's annual console franchise, Blizzard's World of Warcraft and Diablo, and King's mobile puzzle games led by Candy Crush Saga.
