CNA Financial
CNA Financial is a Chicago-based commercial insurer whose cyber line, CNA NetProtect, is written mainly for mid-market and professional-services businesses. The company was itself hit by the Phoenix CryptoLocker ransomware in March 2021 and was reported to have paid a $40 million ransom, one of the largest payments publicly attributed to a US company.
