Clan Jetties of Weld Quay

The Clan Jetties of Weld Quay are the last preserved Hokkien clan settlements in Malaysia, with Chew Jetty being the largest at 120 meters long and housing over 50 families. Unlike #5 Blue Mansion, which is a single restored home, these six wooden jetties extend into the Strait of Malacca and feature stilted homes, clan temples, and fishing boats. The narrow boardwalks, supported by 300 wooden piles, offer an authentic glimpse into 19th-century waterfront life.
