Fo Guang Shan Buddha Museum

Fo Guang Shan Buddha Museum houses the largest seated Buddha in Southeast Asia at 36 meters tall, set within a 100-hectare complex that combines religious reverence with world-class art curation. The museum contains over 4,000 Buddhist artifacts, including jade and crystal sculptures valued at more than NT$2 billion. The site welcomes 2.5 million pilgrims annually, offering free guided tours in five languages that contextualize the 800-year-old tooth relic on display.
