Chiang Mai Night Bazaar

The Chiang Mai Night Bazaar is a sprawling market located along Chang Klan Road, recognized as the largest market in Chiang Mai. It operates every day from evening until around midnight, regardless of the weather. The market features hundreds of stalls showcasing handicrafts, clothing, and northern Thai street food, extending for about 1 kilometer. Street food prices typically range from 30 to 80 THB per dish, with mala skewers costing 20 THB each. Bargaining is a common practice, with visitors often able to negotiate prices down to 50% to 70% of the initial asking price for items like silk scarves and carved wooden elephants.
