Named after Pancho Villa's legendary horse and produced at the same Atotonilco family distillery since 1952, Siete Leguas uses 100% highland agave cooked in traditional brick ovens and fermented with natural airborne yeast. Considered by agave spirits scholars as the most consistently authentic surviving example of mid-20th century tequila production style.
