9m88 (陳穎捷) is a Taiwanese jazz and R&B vocalist who emerged from Taipei's independent music scene with a smoky, retro-inflected voice that draws on soul, funk, and jazz phrasing. She built her following partly through collaborations with other Taiwanese hip-hop and R&B artists, and has become one of the clearest voices in the city's contemporary alternative-soul movement, straddling underground credibility and mainstream festival billing.
