Teresa Perales

Teresa Perales is Spain's most decorated Paralympian of all time, winning an extraordinary 26 Paralympic medals across seven Paralympic Games from Sydney 2000 to Tokyo 2020, including seven gold medals. She competes in S5 category swimming events and her longevity and excellence across two decades of Paralympic competition is unmatched in Spanish sporting history. Perales was named among the 10 best Paralympic athletes in the world by the International Paralympic Committee.
