David Cal

David Cal is one of the most successful Spanish canoeists in Olympic history, winning five Olympic medals including silver medals at Athens 2004, Beijing 2008, and London 2012, along with World Championship gold medals in the C-1 1000m category. Cal competed in Canadian canoe sprints and his consistency across three Olympic Games made him a dominant figure in the sport. He retired in 2013 as one of the most decorated Spanish Olympic athletes of his era.
