La Concha
La Concha in San Sebastián is consistently named Europe’s best urban beach, backed by a 1.5 km shell-shaped bay with golden sand and average summer water temperatures of 22°C. It offers more than 30 restaurants along the promenade and 24/7 lifeguard services from June to September. Its iconic setting rivals that of Rio de Janeiro's Copacabana, but with a warmth and convenience that urban beaches rarely match.
