The Garden of Earthly Delights — Hieronymus Bosch

While Hieronymus Bosch was Flemish, The Garden of Earthly Delights has called Spain home since 1593, now residing in the Prado. This triptych spans over 3.9 meters in width, packed with over 1,000 figures that explore sin, paradise, and hell. It predates El Greco's View of Toledo by nearly a century (created around 1505), yet both masterpieces share Spanish patronage that preserved them.
