Figure 02 / Helix 02 leads as the first humanoid robot to deliver verifiable industrial-scale production, not mere pilot projects. At BMW’s Spartanburg plant, these units have autonomously assembled over 30,000 X3 vehicles and moved more than 90,000 components over 10-hour shifts, proving sustained output in the most demanding automotive environments. The platform features 35 degrees of freedom and 16 DOF per hand, enabling precise assembly with a 25 kg payload. The March 2026 Helix 02 upgrade introduced full-body autonomy for complex multi-step tasks without per-task programming, while Figure 03’s February 2026 White House appearance underscored geopolitical relevance. With a $39 billion valuation after a $1 billion+ Series C round and a BotQ facility producing 12,000 units annually, Figure AI plans to scale to 100,000 units per year, expanding to BMW Leipzig in 2026.
