Jurong Lake Gardens

Jurong Lake Gardens, Singapore's newest national garden, spans 90 hectares and features the distinctive Rasau Walk—a 380-meter boardwalk through freshwater wetlands that shelters 130 bird species. Its nature-themed play areas, including the Clusia Climb and Fern Avalanche, are 20% larger than similar facilities at #9 Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park, attracting 2.5 million visitors in its first year. The floating wetlands and rain gardens capture 95% of stormwater runoff, making it 15% more efficient at water filtration than the typical Singapore park. This western gem also houses the 3.5-hectare Native Garden, which contains 200 indigenous plant species, a collection unmatched by any other garden on this list.
