Rivian R1T

The electric overlander nobody expected to work actually works. Four independent motors make 835 horsepower with instant torque to each wheel. The R1T can pre-heat or cool the cabin remotely, run a camp kitchen from its onboard 110V outlets, and its gear tunnel holds an entire camp setup. The air suspension adjusts from 11.9 to 14.9 inches of clearance. Range anxiety is real above 250 miles, but for weekend overlanding within charging range, nothing else touches the R1T's capability-per-dollar.
