Despacito — Luis Fonsi ft. Daddy Yankee
Despacito is the song that briefly rewrote the rules of the Billboard Hot 100 — the Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee track became the first Spanish-language song to top the chart in 25 years, back in January 2017. It went on to become the most-viewed video on YouTube outright, holding that title for more than three years before Baby Shark, of all things, took it away. It remains the highest-viewed video that wasn't made for toddlers, at over 8.5 billion views by 2025.
