Super Bowl LIX between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles in February 2025 drew 127.7 million average viewers, about a quarter more than Super Bowl LIV, and became the most-watched broadcast in American television history. The Eagles' 40-22 win ended the Chiefs' bid for a third straight title. Kendrick Lamar's halftime show drew a record 133.5 million viewers, the most-watched Super Bowl halftime show ever, adding significant cultural momentum.
