Musée d'Orsay
The museum bridges the historical artistic divide between the classical collections of the Louvre and the modern works of the Centre Pompidou, covering Western art produced between 1848 and 1914. The museum is served by the RER Musée d'Orsay station. About 3,000 art pieces are on display at the museum at any given time.
