Zaha Hadid Architects' One Thousand Museum in Miami (2019) features an exoskeletal structural system β a white concrete cage that wraps the exterior of a 62-storey residential tower. The diagrid structure, inspired by the geometry of bone and natural forms, eliminated the need for interior structural walls, creating floor plans of total flexibility. A private helipad on the roof serves the 84 residences.
