This 27-storey, 400,000-square-foot residence of Mukesh Ambani requires 600 staff to maintain its opulence, featuring six underground parking floors for 168 cars, three helipads, and a unique snow room producing artificial snow in Mumbai's tropical climate. Designed by Perkins+Will and Hirsch Bedner Associates, its extravagant amenities include nine elevators and 24/7 operations costing an estimated $21 million annually.
