MKUltra Mind Control Programme (1953-1973)

The CIA's MKUltra program secretly dosed unsuspecting citizens with LSD and other drugs for mind-control experiments, leading to at least one confirmed death (Frank Olson), making it deadlier than the Monster Study, which caused no fatalities but lifelong harm. The program operated for 20 years, targeting mental patients, prisoners, and employees. Director Richard Helms ordered 99% of files destroyed; only financial records survived a Freedom of Information Act request to expose the truth.
