Maui

Maui’s dormant Haleakala shield volcano rises 3,055m, with a 10 km-wide sunrise crater that is among the largest accessible volcanic craters on Earth. The second largest Hawaiian island at 1,883 sq km, it features the legendary 64.4 km Road to Hana winding through 59 bridges and 600 curves past rainforest waterfalls, while Kaanapali’s 5.5 km gold-sand beach defines Pacific luxury. At just 33% the size of Bali, Maui packs extraordinary density: its 3,055m summit is nearly as high as Bali’s Gunung Agung (3,142m).
