Seven Mile Beach offers the most consistent swimming conditions among these top beaches, despite being actually five and a half miles long. Located on Grand Cayman's western shore, its calm, clear water is protected from Atlantic swells with no red-flag seaweed problems that plague 60% of Caribbean beaches. The sand stays fine and white year-round, and the coral reef just offshore offers snorkelling accessible by a 50-metre swim from shore. Visit December through April for the driest weather.
