Johor Bahru Art Scene now hosts 40% of Malaysia's new street commissions, overtaking RAW Art KL's volume in 2025 through the URBAN ART Festival's annual 15-piece output. Concentrated in Jalan Wong Ah Fook and Stulang Laut, its murals reflect a distinct cultural identity from Singapore, with 25% of works featuring hybrid Malay-Chinese motifs.
