Pavilion KL, Kuala Lumpur

Pavilion KL is a premier shopping destination, housing more luxury flagship stores like Louis Vuitton, Dior, and Hermès than any other mall in Malaysia. Spanning 1.61 million square feet of net lettable area, it offers over 700 stores across seven retail floors. Beyond high-end retail, the mall features a diverse food hall, a dedicated Tokyo Street Japanese section, and a consistently excellent cinema complex. Pavilion KL was awarded the Malaysia Tourism Quality Assurance (MyTQA) Platinum award from 2022 to 2025 by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia, the only Malaysian mall to receive this. In the third quarter of 2025, an increase in tourist arrivals boosted footfall, with foreign visitors typically accounting for around 30% of its total traffic. However, ongoing reconfiguration of retail space on Level 3 led to a marginal decline in rental income at the Pavilion Kuala Lumpur Mall.
