Tioman Island
Rising from the South China Sea like a jagged green tooth, Tioman was named by Time magazine in 1970 as one of the world's most beautiful islands, and its coral-fringed waters, dense jungle interior, and unhurried beach villages have changed little since. It remains Malaysia's finest scuba diving destination, with visibility often exceeding 20 metres.
