Taman Negara
At 130 million years old, Taman Negara is 50% older than the Amazon rainforest, encompassing 4,343 square kilometres of primary jungle in Pahang. Its canopy walkway stretches 530 metres—the longest in Malaysia—offering treetop views of rivers teeming with mahseer fish. Night hides at salt licks reveal tapirs, civets, and the elusive Malayan tiger.
