Incheon Sinpo International Night Market

Korea's oldest Chinatown and the Sinpo Market that developed alongside it create Incheon's most atmospheric night market, famous for its jjajang rice cakes and the giant twisted donuts (kkal-ppang) that originated here and spread across Korea. The Chinese-Korean fusion street food is unique: it is cheaper than the average Korean night market meal by 2,000 won per dish, and its jam-packed rice cakes contain 30% more sweet red bean filling than Busan Bupyeong Kkangtong Market's ssal-ppang.
