My Gym brings structured gymnastics, movement, and physical development classes to children from 6 weeks to 13 years, with particularly strong infant and toddler programmes. Classes build balance, coordination, strength, and confidence in a safe, padded environment with trained instructors. Monthly fees are approximately HK$1,400 to HK$2,200.
