3 World Cup titles. 12 goals. Only player to win 3. The original World Cup king.
Pelé is the only player to win three World Cup winners' medals (1958, 1962, 1970) and scored 12 goals in 14 World Cup matches. He was just 17 in 1958 when he scored twice in the final, becoming the tournament's youngest scorer — a record that still stands. Brazil's 1970 squad, built around Pelé, is widely considered the greatest international team in history.
