Kylian Mbappé became only the second player after Pelé to score in two World Cup Finals, netting a hat-trick in the 2022 final against Argentina — the greatest individual final performance in history despite being on the losing side. He won the Golden Boot in 2018 aged 19, becoming the youngest Frenchman to score in a World Cup since Just Fontaine.
