Maurice Greene

Maurice Greene set the 100m world record at 9.79 seconds in 1999, becoming the fastest man alive. He won 100m gold at the 2000 Sydney Olympics along with 4x100m relay gold, and captured multiple World Championship titles during his career. His world record stood for a decade until Usain Bolt ran 9.58 seconds in 2009.
