Bob Hayes

Bob Hayes, hailed as the fastest human of the 1960s, won Olympic 100m gold in 1964 with a manual time of 10.06 seconds on a cinder track. His relay anchor leg split of 9.9 seconds in the 4x100m is widely celebrated as one of the greatest relay legs ever run.
