Bob Hayes

Bob Hayes, hailed as the fastest human of the 1960s, won Olympic 100m gold in 1964 with a manual time of 10.06 seconds on a cinder track. His relay anchor leg split of 9.9 seconds in the 4x100m is widely celebrated as one of the greatest relay legs ever run. Hayes remains the only athlete to win both an Olympic gold medal and a Super Bowl ring, a feat that places him in a category of his own among sprinters of any era.
