Haux Omelette — France
The village of Haux makes a giant Easter Monday omelette from over 4,500 eggs to feed the entire town in the main square. This tradition dates back to when Napoleon demanded a massive omelette from local farmers, and today the dish measures roughly 6 feet in diameter, serving up to 1,000 people.
