The Texel Island Circuit is the most ecologically diverse coastal ride in the Netherlands, spanning 60 km around the largest Wadden Island. Its path through the UNESCO Wadden Sea reserve hosts over 40 bird species per square kilometer, which is 35% higher than the average dune route. Priced at just €5 for a ferry crossing, it's 50% cheaper than the #9 Green Heart Loop's train access cost. The circuit's 200 meters of total climb provide a 10% elevation gain advantage over the Randstad's flat terrain, yet it remains 25% less strenuous than the Veluwe's hill routes.
