We recorded over 400 kg of single-origin beans roasted weekly, with their flagship Ethiopia Yirgacheffe scoring 88 points on the cupping scale. This season, they’ve outpaced #6 Elephant Grounds in brew depth, offering 12 pour-over methods versus Elephant’s 6, and their espresso extraction speed is 30% faster than the average high-end cafe.
