Daiquiri
Not the frozen slushie. Three ingredients, shaken hard, perfection.
This is not the frozen slushie machine abomination; it's Hemingway's drink, shaken hard and strained into a chilled coupe. A properly made Daiquiri, with a lime-to-sugar ratio of 2:1 by volume, is the fastest way to evaluate any bar: if they can't make this, leave.
